Best if installed with a licensed electrician. Studs are best for securing the swag portions to the ceiling. Love the details. Globes are white and milky. Doesn't look "too modern". The chord is subtle #sweepstakes. 100% improvement over a ceiling fan in a new-build

Larger than expected but very lovely, chords are subtle. Globes are milky white and not clear. perfect antique charm look (not too new, not too harsh). We installed this on a dimmer. Required an electrician to install and find studs for swag. Everyone loves it - everyone says it's unique. Would purchase a similar product again
