Poorly designed mount. Even the professional installer struggled to get the fan installed properly, and we ended up with an unsightly gap between the mount and the fan, with less than attractive screws sticking out, so I ended up covering the gap and screws with tape to disguise the situation. Disappointing design. Quiet D/C motor, but weak light.
