Each fixture is made to order in France, starting with a wooden base that anchors the ribs around central lamping. An open weave of cotton thread stretches over the arcing wood, casting an even ambiance when lit, and creating a weblike array of shadows that accent the light, drawing the eye in while illuminating outward.
