I bought 2 of these fans (52" and 60"). They are great fans. Stylish, quiet and install was quite easy.

Very nice fan but with some technical problems

I purchased 2 of these fans for our front room with 12' ceilings. The fans are powerful and quiet and do a great job of circulating the air but there are some technical issues with fan that were only discovered after installation. After about a month installed, the lights on the fans would refuse to turn off with the remote control. I had to reset the breaker to fix the problem. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent some extensive troubleshooting steps which required downloading a third party app to update the firmware on the fans. None of this is covered or mentioned at all in the owners manual or anywhere else. It seems like the controls and remote are pretty half-baked which ruins an otherwise nicely designed fan.

It is powered by remote and in order for it to respond correctly from it you have to run the fan for a good 5 minutes
