hunterfan.comThis is a great fan moves tons of air looks better than the pic. I did read some reviews to hat said not enough air movement, but I don't think they had enough space between the ceiling and fan blades. I think a 9' ceiling is the minimum height so you can have a 12" pole to maximize air production. My fan had a problem due to new code electrical breakers and I'm waiting for them to restock so I can get one that I can connect the ground wire to, and not have it trip the breaker.
Non-Typical Application Feels like a Winner

hunterfan.comBought three fans for Private Vehicle Storage Garage. Love the variable speed and reversing functions. Just installed, but already more comfortable in a 71' X 33' warm, humid garage that is too hot in the summer, and too cold in the winter despite overhead radiant heater. Our hope is to capture wasted ceiling heat and recirculate it with the fans, lowering our gas heating bill. If the concept works, I'll get my money back in a year or two. Hopeful.

Hunter Fans
In 1886, the foundation for Hunter Fans was laid when John Hunter and his son, John C. Hunter, engineered the first water-driven ceiling fan for Tuerk Water Meter Co. in Syracuse, NY. By 1896, they had acquired Tuerk company, transforming it into the Hunter Fan & Motor Co. and launching the AC-powered Tuerk Type A fan in Fulton, NY. Over the years, Hunter expanded its product line to include oscillating desk fans, pedestal fans, attic fans, air conditioning units, air purifiers, humidifiers and even decorative lighting.
