Decent finish, little documentation, terrible support

Comments about Double Dimmer
The dimmers themselves are a decent finish and look elegant, though the knobs themselves don't have enough physical resistance when you turn them (feels a bit loose). The failure however, comes from the lack of documentation and support. The product is supposed to work with ELV dimming light fixtures, yet we experienced intense flickering in our LED lights. This happened both with single and two-way switching. Customer support was slow and unresponsive, and their engineering department also did not have the required parts (shown in their own documentation) to support 2-way switching. Ultimately they stopped responding, and we had to replace the entire house with Lutron dimmers. At this time (2024) I do not recommend this as a commercial ready product.
