The Dottie LED Wall Sconce from Visual Comfort Studio, formerly known as kate spade new york, helps create a cohesive aesthetic across the home through its clean silhouette and compact design. The use of pure geometry makes the piece a refined addition to the modern and contemporary space. This metal dot-like feature appears to float in the air as it conceals its mounting hardware. While appearing as a flat circle in front, the faceplate flares out in two halves as a sculptural demonstration. The lamping remains hidden from sight in the back to protect the eyes from glare. The single bulb behind turns on to cast an ambient glow on the back wall. The cast light gives the faceplate a dramatic eclipse-like silhouette.
