The Dolmen Wall Sconce from Il Fanale brings Brutalist and Mediterranean influences into a compact wall-mounted form, shaped as an irregular, asymmetric ceramic block with a deliberately uneven surface that evokes hand-worked stone rather than manufactured precision. Coil-built entirely in ceramic using a technique that dates back to the earliest origins of the craft, the sconce emits light through a small aperture at the base, casting a considered downward glow that reinforces its identity as both a functional fixture and a sculptural wall object.

Founded in 1979 by Fausto Dalla Torre and his wife Luisa, Il Fanale believe in the craftsmanship and beauty of made in Italy design. With over 40 years of experience, each piece is handmade and uses materials such as brass, copper and glass to create a unique and unrepeatable look. The materials are combined with a secret oxidation process that allows each product to stand out.
