This is not about reviewing the product, but the poor services. I placed this order on 5/14/26 and the confirmation email indicated that the estimated date for shipment will be 6/10/26. One week passed. Nothing happened. I waited a couple more days. Still nothing. No shipping notification, no further communication for delayed shipment and next estimated shipping date. When I finally called for updates, the customer services representative told me that the order was already shipped but no tracking number for shipping is available. What a mess! This is rather a lengthy review, but I just wanted to share how ridiculous the wait has been. I will check back tomorrow. If I am still kept in the dark, I will cancel this order. Will I look to Lumens for future furniture purchase? Doubtful.

These are great chairs. Comfortable and durable. I saw them in two restaurants - so presumably will age well and be easy to clean as they are plastic. They are easy to move around because of their design and are stackable. Many colors to match any decor.

these are great quality and the finish is a really nice matte black. I purchased them for a white corian outdoor dining table, and they look amazing.

This BluDot Decade chair is beautifully designed - it looks great from every angle. It feels modern but would fit in anywhere, it's light, it stacks, and it is comfortable. We got black - but the other colors were all tempting.
