Comments about Cross Thumbturn Lock

Purchased without seeing that the lock doesn't come with a bolt. Seriously? Didn't even think to look at the fine print because who would when buying a lock that doesn't actually lock?? They do have a bolt but it's is also overpriced and sold separately. When I called Lumens to complain, a customer service rep offered to send me the other parts free of charge. Then, today, I get an email saying Lumens is rejecting the request and providing me with a return label - which I never requested. No one would answer me why they refused to honor their own offer for additional parts. Very poor customer service. If you want this product, buy it elsewhere, same price on multiple websites.
