Made in Greece
The Cosmos Wall Sconce from Chris Basias centers on a circular sand-cast brass disc, its gently uneven surface recalling the contours and craters of distant celestial bodies. Designed by Basias and made in Greece, the fixture reflects his fascination with elemental materials and atmospheric light. When illuminated, the textured brass creates soft shifts of shadow and glow, giving the piece a quiet, cosmic character. It brings a warm, contemplative presence to hallways, living rooms, or other gathering spaces.

Chris Basias

Chris Basias founded his namesake studio in Athens, Greece, a place where ancient craft heritage intersects with a distinctly modern design sensibility. Trained in industrial design and raised alongside storied architecture and artisanal tradition, Basias launched his studio in 2012 to explore light as a sculptural and emotional medium — a way to shape space through narrative and form.
