Constellation Aquila Major LED Chandelier

Comments about Constellation Aquila Major LED Chandelier

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! First of all, we bought both the Major and Minor light fixtures. Lumens said both were in stock and would ship in 2-5 business days. Despite repeated calls, I didn't receive these fixtures for nearly 6 weeks!!!! (Which caused us many other issues and expenses I won't get into) Not only are these cheap and lacking any substance (even for a modern design), they come in a million pieces to put together! Be prepared to pay your electrician extra for the time it takes to assemble these. Then, be prepared to pay your drywall and paint contractors extra because the transformers won't fit through a regular ceiling outlet opening! The ceiling escutcheon plate will not cover the larger opening you have to make. Then there is the issue of all the missing parts!!!!! Good luck figuring out IF you have them all since there's a million pieces to go through. Canopies were missing, M2 screws were missing, and snap connectors were missing. Lumen's doesn't carry ANY of these parts so they had to be gotten from Sonneman. Good luck with this! We tried to find substitutes, but either we couldn't or the finish would not match. THEN, you have to deal with customer service at Lumens to try to get these parts. TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!! Review process takes a week to even get approval. No follow through by rep on this process. No checking with Sonneman to make sure things are getting fulfilled by rep. It took constant calling to get Lumens rep to get this done. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!
