Cannot recommend this since it arrived damaged with visible scratches next to the dimmer switch. This must have happened either through poor quality manufacturing and/or poor packaging. It was not the carrier's fault, since I ordered a second one and it had the same problem on the same part of the lamp. Too bad since design looks ok and the price was right.

I like this lamp so much that I have now bought three for my house. It is the perfect reading light for a modern, minimalist aesthetic. The lamp's base can tuck partially under a bed or chair in close spaces. This is ideal for me. The three light levels and easy control button are a plus. Highly recommend.

We wanted/needed floorlamps with a very small footprint just for reading at night in our reading nook. We bought two of these Colby LED floor lamps in black and they are perfect! It is very easy to direct the light exactly where you want it (on the book), and they take up almost no space in each corner. I love the three-way intensity of the bulb, which was a surprise ... I guess we didn't read the description very closely!
