We ordered two table lamps that unfortunately came in a color not really matching the on line photos or description. We had to return the items. Lumens received the item and deducted the return shipping charges from our return credit per their policy. I noted to them that the return charges seemed too high. They agreed and refunded the return shipping charges if full. Mistakes are made by all what counts is how you remedy the issue.
