It took three shipments to get a fixture that did not arrive damaged in some way. Damaged in the box, not by the shipper. Then the bottom glass cracks after two years. So disappointed!

A nice light. Heavy, so ensure you have a good bracket. Wood pieces are a cheap stain, not likely to be noticed at the ceiling, but be careful when installing, one bump and you will scratch through to the wood.

You'll need to have the patience of a saint to assemble this pendant (all the wooden pieces come detached), but the results are stunning. I can't speak to the installation as our contractor had that task. Overall, pleased with the purchase.
