Comments about Callum Pillow

Don't know where to start, ordered on Nov 22nd as the site said in stock & ships in 1-2 days, then "delivery update" email saying deliv Jan 14th for one item, May 14th for the other. A week later the site still said in stock! No update on Jan 14th, then the site refreshed to delivery March 19. Then an email saying it had shipped? So bizarre. Still don't have it. Also, order confirmation said my card would not be charged until shipped, but the full amount was charged Nov 22nd. Every time I call customer service everyone is "so sorry for my experience", but no one has any information. Site is gorgeous, so many things I would order but this is close to the worst experience. Can't believe it's this hard to shop at Lumens.
