I received my order, and the product arrived damaged with visible white spots. This issue was present upon delivery and is not due to misuse. Given that the item is defective, I should not be responsible for return shipping costs. However, I was quoted $600 from Lumens for return shipping, which is unreasonable for a damaged product claim.
