Comments about Bryson Channeled Desk Chair
When we opened the box, there was a chunk of wood tossed on top of all the padding. We unwrapped the chair and discovered it was a chunk of the armrest. We immediately called customer service and sent a picture. It has been nothing but a headache trying to get a replacement chair. The original chair was ordered 6/5 and received by 6/12. We are almost to the end of June and still have no confirmation on when we will finally get a replacement that we have already paid for, and according to CS, there are 50 of this chair in stock. Feels like since they've already gotten their money, they're not that concerned about following through on the product and customer service experience any longer. The chair is probably a great chair-should be since it was $$$, but we wouldn't know because all we have is a broken one still sitting in a box three weeks later and no idea when or if we'll get a replacement. At this rate, I would advise purchasing it elsewhere.
