The Bruno Pendant from Seascape Lamps uses cleverly contrasting materials to create an endearing drum-shaped form. Each example of the design is handmade in California, featuring wood veneer slats that are flexed slightly outward around a fabric diffuser and suspended from a canopy by a central cord. An inset diffuser softens efficient inner light, casting a glow downward. Fluid folds in the veneer add organic character, underscoring a balanced approach while casting glowing beams of light through the gaps in the slats.
