The Mater Bowl Table - Large is a simple Scandinavian design realized through the woodworking skills of the Kharadi community in India. Sustainably harvested mango wood is turned on a lathe to achieve the top's smooth bowl-shaped curves. Pointed metal rod legs support the top and add to the table's overall sense of craftsmanship.

I've had the larger version for some time and finally ordered a second to nest the two tables together. Beautiful solid wood. Love my coffee tables!

The table I received looks nothing like the one in the official photo, which has a lovely dark rim and lighter bowl. The wood is pale and colors of wood are randomly mixed in the bowl. It almost looks like it was water damaged (I'm sure it is just "natural variation") at first glance.
