Comments about Blossom Wall Sconce
Light fixture was beautiful. Unfortunately it was misrepresented on the website. The light is asymmetrical but an image was flipped it appeared to have a left and right orientation. When I received the lights, I called customer service who helped with the return of one light when she found a renamed light that "matched" opposite the light. She referred me to a designer to make sure this was correct. This designer helped order the "right" flipped version. She then double checked with the manufacturer and learned there was no actual opposite light to match. So she helped with 2nd "wrong" light return. Finally received credit on one light 2 months later even thought they were returned to shipper on same day. I contacted customer service several times using chat and email when only one light was credited. Finally 4 months later I waited on hold for a long time (again) was told the 2nd returned light was received but the refund was on HOLD. She said "that's weird" then had to manually release the funds. Will wait to see if that happens. People I talked to were helpful when you were willing to call and wait a long time in a cue. Email and chat were useless. I question the company's policies, practices and integrity. Very disappointed. Online only works if the company is trustworthy.
