However, as mentioned earlier, the product's finish faded quickly - leaving me with a very weathered coach light, looking more like some shabby-chic tag sale find than an item for which I payed top dollar.

The glass is perfect. The color of the fixture goes with any type of finish on furniture. I am very pleased with this fixture.
