Clean lines, timeless look

I'm very happy with this product. I scoured the internet trying to find outdoor lighting that did not look old fashioned or like a fake lantern—a very hard request. Finally I found this simple cylinder that casts plenty of light but is aesthetically neutral. It goes with my Mediterranean, which is not a modern house. Clearly it could coordinate with many architectural styles. I chose it because it's "easy on the eyes." Easy to install.
Maxim Lighting
Back in 1965, Jacob Sperling came to Los Angeles to study aeronautical engineering. Inspired by a job working for a lighting retailer, he turned his mechanical skills to the manufacture of lighting fixtures, building them in his garage and selling them out of his station wagon. In 1970, he brought brother Zvi on to help, and Maxim Lighting was born.
