This is a beautiful chair. Appears to be very well made. Came very well packaged to prevent any kind of damage. My only complaint was that it was delivered by UPS rather than a home delivery service as stated in the product details online. A delivery service calls and schedules a date to deliver. UPS does not. I was out of town on the scheduled UPS delivery date and had to pay to reschedule the date. That also ended up being a problem because UPS forgot to load it on to the vehicle that day and it was three days later when the chair finally showed up for delivery. First time ever I have been disappointed when ordering from Lumens.
So stylish, modern, and solid. Well made.

I purchased 4 of the Augustine Swivel Chairs to update the design/furniture in our "Cocktail Lounge". They look great and set the mood right in our home. Shipping was free and they arrived quickly however, one the chairs was damp and had a lot of water damage, but Lumens corrected the issue and is sending a replacement free of charge.
