The Anvil Spot Slim CR LED Spotlight from B.lux asks little of the ceiling, reducing the spotlight to a narrow tube and a discreet base. Designer David Abad developed it as a recessed fixture for direct light, keeping the proportions trim so the body never feels heavy overhead. Crafted from aluminum, the cylinder projects from a short stem and directs its beam through the open end, where the LED is set back to soften glare.

B.lux

B.lux was started in 1981 in Markina in Spain's Basque Country on the Northern Iberian Peninsula. To this day, they still operate in the region from the picturesque town of Gizaburuaga, in facilities which contain warehousing, manufacturing and a 2,000 square-foot showroom. A leader in contemporary lighting design, each product is artisanal by nature–created by a person, for a person. Honoring commitments to sustainable lighting and improving conditions of human living, each efficient, modern piece is made with responsibly sourced materials. Ninety percent of raw materials used originate from Spain and the wood used meets sustainability criteria established by the PEFC.
