Inspired by the storage vessels of antiquity, the Amphora Outdoor Floor Lamp by Bover modernizes that classic silhouette. Hand-wrapped polyethylene fibers are woven into the elongated basketlike shape, and treated to withstand exposure to the elements. Inside, a Frosted polyethylene globe protects and diffuses light from the bulb inside. Even the cord is protected with waterproof neoprene, ensuring years of safe and beautiful illumination no matter the weather.
The Bover collection, made in Barcelona, is inspired by the light playing within the sky and sea. Balancing quality and form resulting in a non-temporal style capable of adapting comfortably to future times. Bovers products range from ceiling lights, pendants, and wall sconces to floor and table lamps.
