My Koncept Splitty floor lamp arrived from Lumens after 9 days from ordering the lamp. It arrived missing the base for the lamp, rendering it useless. Lumens customer service dithered for 3 days deciding what to do. They even required me to send multiple photos of the box contents. Keep in mind, the problem was a key missing part. Finally they agreed that they would send me the missing base. It is now 23 days since the purchase and 14 days since Lumens agreed to send me the missing part. I have received nothing to date and still have a useless floor lamp. Lumens should have immediately sent me a new floor lamp by overnight shipping. Lumens was quick to take my money but seems unwilling to replace the broken lamp they sent me. Let future buyers beware.

#sweepstakes Could not be happier with my purchase. I needed a floor lamp that could live between my saffron couch my furry chocolate lounge chair. I needed height flexibility and dimming capability. I got all that and a cell phone charger!

Koncept was formed in 2002 in Monterey Park, CA to build on the many years of manufacturing and industrial design experience gained by the founders, the Ng family. Peter Ng brought 30 years of design experience; his sons, Kenneth and Edmund, engineering degrees. The first Koncept lighting fixture was the Z-Bar, released in 2005.
