The lamp attracted me because it was a good price and offered features that appealed. When it arrived I realized that the price reflected quality that did not inspire confidence. And after assembling the lamp as per the instructions, it did not turn on. No light. The information with the packaging directed me to the manufacturer first so I spent quite a bit of time contacting them. They offered me the option of receiving a new lamp or returning it. I decided to return it. That had to be done through Lumens. I am still in the process of trying to do this. It's just a cumbersome procedure. Lumens is a good company but I do not recommend this product and I am not thrilled with their return procedure.
