I purchased this fixture for my guest room. Just the right size for a small bedroom. It gives off a soft light when dimmed and is quite bright when turned up with 2 5w LEDs. Shade is a bright white linen and the glass under the shade is superior to similar fixtures use plastic.

Finally replaced the 'nipple' light in our bedroom with this much more visually pleasing fixture. The shade has a subtle texture and the glass diffuser provides a soft light. The oil rubbed bronze finish provides a nice warm contrast to the slightly off white shade. Good quality for the price.
