The simple design and clean lines of this lamp were irresistible to me. I love the small footprint as these sit on small nightstands for nighttime reading. The off-function has a slow dimming effect rather than a harsh "and-now-it's-completely-dark-in here" effect which surprised and delighted me! The subtle blue color is a winner.

this doesn't work. it didn't arrive with an outlet plug just a usba cord. it doesn't have a battery that's rechargeable either. It's basically an expensive LED light that doesn't even give you the outlet plug. And it doesn't work. I've tried to contact them to return it, but what they want to do is charge me a 20% restocking fee for a return.

I use the Mini Mini for focused lighting on a dining table that I work on occasionally. The room has overhead lighting and another table lamp, but I needed better lighting right in front of me and the Mini does that perfectly. It's well designed, sturdy and good looking, so if you have a small spot that needs to be lit well, this is the lamp for the task.

Anglepoise started in 1899 by Herbert Terry and sons. They originally sold products that used their springs, like toasters, bike seats and spring clips. It wasn't until 1931 when George Carwardine established a theory for using balanced weights with these springs that Anglepoise introduced lighting to the company.
