When the low voltage transformers burn out in my lighting fixtures, I use this one as a replacement. I have a lot of this lighting in my home, and have needed to do this several times over the years. They have far outlasted the original part, work well without the need for special low voltage dimmers, and no humming or buzzing. This is a good product.
