I have older builder-grade integrated-LED ceiling lights that produce harsh shadows. But this one is kind of expensive and has the light recessed in the baffle, so I thought it might not have that problem. But it does. Kelvin and lumens are good, and it's fine for a utility area, but I'll be getting more traditional recessed lights with LED bulbs for the kitchen.
