Create a nostalgic ambiance with the 1953 Table Lamp by Oluce. A reissue of the 50s product by Oluce founders Ostuni & Forti, this piece calls to mind the simple, yet expressive styling often seen in mid-century design. Standing on one side of a circular metal base, the lamp’s slender body is given a contrasting finish and a subtle adornment as it makes its way toward a circular metal shade. Its body traverses the shade and extends above a lustrous polished top while its light glows downward warmly.

Oluce

Founded by Guiseppe Ostuni in 1945, Oluce is one of the oldest Italian lighting companies specializing in iconic contemporary lighting for the home and office. While Oluce lighting has its roots in traditional Murano glass blowing techniques, things changed in the mid-1950s when Oluce moved in a more industrial-minded direction, resulting in highly contemporary designs with an edgy and dramatic flair.
