I liked the look of these lamps. Purchased a floor and a table version for the living room. I was a little disappointed by the plastic shades as they looked cheaper in person than in images, but overall liked everything else about them. If that were all I probably would give them a 3 out of 5. The first day and night they were great, but on the second day the on/off/dimmer button malfunctioned on both. I could not turn one off, and could not turn the other on. I tried reseting them based on troubleshooting instructions I found online (not included with product) but that did not fix it. I returned them and have little confidence in them as a quality product that will last.

The lamp shipped without the actual LED disk. Called Lumens, they said they'd contact the manufacturer & get back to me. More than a month...still just a stick that does nothing.

Koncept was formed in 2002 in Monterey Park, CA to build on the many years of manufacturing and industrial design experience gained by the founders, the Ng family.
