I cannot understand the positive reviews for this product. I installed two of these in my kiddos' rooms (both VERY small rooms). Fan works great, but every time I have to walk into the rooms at night with horribly dim lighting, it serves as a reminder that replacing these fans is on my to-do list.

Hunter fans are not the quality fans they were 25 years ago. I just built a new home 2 years ago. I installed 2, 52" and one 60", 3 bladed fans with remote, the 60" and one of the 52" fans had to be replaced within 2 months of installation. I can no longer run the 2 52 inch fans in the bedrooms, the fans will make a loud humming noise, like they are tying to come on and they are already on. The lights will blink, even when turned off.

Fans are fairly quiet. They seem like overall pretty solid quality. I have 3 of the Whisp fans in my house and the fans are a little over 4 years old, but one of my LED assemblies in my daughters room started smoking. They boast a 5 year LED replacement warranty, but when you call it's a very unpleasant experience. They ask a bunch of questions (which is to be expected), but it's things like "who was your installation tech?" It's been a very tedious process and now I am experiencing silence. I have 6 Casablanca fans in my house and I can't get help replacing a light assembly under warranty? Frustrating
