The tall stem is slender and is supported by two additional legs to form a tripod. On top of the stem reside the LED, the light of which is diffused, oriented, and contained by the perforated graphic shade. The look of the shade was crafted by French designer Noe Duchaufour-Lawrance, who was inspired by the way laundry would billow on Mediterranean balconies.
