The VL38 LED Table Lamp from Louis Poulsen has all the best parts of modern design: it’s adjustable, fully functional, and designed by a famed Danish architect. Originally designed in the late 1930s by Vilhelm Lauritzen in partnership with Louis Poulsen for the construction of the Radiohuset building (the Danish broadcasting house) in Copenhagen, now the Royal Danish Academy of Music. To accommodate modern advances in light technology and energy efficiency, this table lamp has been updated with LED. It features a retro look with a soft, curvy expression. The VL38 is finished in White for the base and shade and Brushed Brass for the stem, making a beautiful combination that is clean yet luxurious at the same time. With the VL38, you are able own a piece of history that stays relevant with the pure functionality of its original design.

I had been eyeing this desk lamp for it's simple and beautiful lines and finally found a project to use it for! It has a dimming feature in the push switch which gives you two light levels. This is a really nice desk lamp. Quality is really good. I want one for my desk.

This light is stunning. it is really well made. however, get this... you can't change the bulb without sending it back to the manufacturer or using an electrician. OMG
