Designer Caine Heintzman’s background in sculpture truly comes through in the Vine Tiered Pendant from A-N-D, which can easily be imagined as a public displayed piece in the comfort of your own home. Truly embodying its name, globes of opal glass follow the curved and layered design of the steel structure, turning into an abstract design of a grapevine. LED lighting emphasizes the use of repetition in the piece, turning the globes into glowing orbs of sumptuous ambient light.

In 2013, Lukas Peet, Matt Davis and Caine Heintzman formed the luminaire design studio and manufacturer ANDlight in Vancouver, Canada. Peet and Heintzman serve as the company’s principal designers, each bringing a rich background in lighting and industrial design. Every design is confident and purposeful, responding to the real needs of the built environment while striving to stand the test of time and place in form and function with flawless performance. In 2023, the company changed names to A-N-D.
