I was looking for a modern stylish fixture on the inexpensive side and this fit what I was looking for. Photos online are accurate to real appearance, as are dimensions. The shade is made of some kind of softer metal and it can be bent if pushed on too hard - so don't do that (mine came slightly pent but I was able to fix it easily).
