The Twin Wall / Flushmount from SkLO is an elegant and artful composition showcasing the beauty of handblown glass. A solid brass backplate anchors the piece to the wall and sends a slender curved arm forward to band a set of stacked flattened spheres. Crafted by skilled Czech glassblowers, this fixture features a unique form that ensures no two pieces are the same. Designed by Karen Gilbert and Paul Pavlak, this piece expresses the art of glasswork while infusing a room with soft light.

SkLO

Located in Northern California, SkLO is the brainchild of artist Karen Gilbert, architect Paul Pavlak, and Czech-native Pavel Hanousek. The three met in Healdsburg in 2009, and after discovering a unanimous passion for hand-blown glass (sklo means “glass” in Czech), they decided to create a multi-disciplinary studio focusing on glass lighting and accessory design.
