- Vacuum weekly on medium power with a soft brush nozzle. Remove wet stains by carefully dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge wrung in warm, detergent-free water. Do not rub as this can damage the fibres and cause discolouration. For persistent stains, use a powder-based cleaning product.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.

Go to your order →Once approved, we'll email you a shipping label. Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local UPS store.
