  4. How do I apply for Lumens Trade?

    Verified design professionals can apply online by submitting a short application. To confirm eligibility, you’ll need to provide one of the following: a business license, website, or professional business social media account.

    Once your application is reviewed and approved (typically within one business day, depending on volume), your Trade pricing will automatically appear when you log in.

    If you place an order before approval, you can contact us within three business days of purchase to have eligible Trade pricing applied retroactively.

  5. How quickly will I be approved?

    Applications are reviewed during business days. Most are approved within one business day, but the process may take a few business days depending on volume.

  6. Do Trade members receive better pricing during sales?

    Yes. Lumens Trade pricing always reflects our best available price. During promotional windows, your Trade savings—whether 20% for base tier or 25% for Silver tier—will match or exceed consumer sale pricing where eligible.

  7. Do you offer price matching?

  11. Can I combine Trade pricing with other discounts?

    Yes. Select promotional codes, including Private Sale and Flash Sale, can be applied on top of your Trade price when eligible; sign up for email and SMS to be notified of applicable offers.

  13. What are the Lumens Trade tiers?

    Currently, Lumens Trade has two tiers:

    • Trade: 20% savings on full-priced products.
    • Silver Trade: 25% savings on full-priced products for members who spend $10,000+ net in the previous 12 months (after cancellations, credits, and returns).

  14. How does Lumens calculate my tier?

    Your tier is determined by your rolling 12-month net spend—the total amount you’ve spent after cancellations, credits, and returns are subtracted.

    • Tier calculations are run on the 1st day of each month.
    • If you qualify for a higher tier, you’ll be promoted by the 3rd day of the month.
    • Tier eligibility is also reviewed annually on January 1, when members may be promoted or demoted based on their prior year’s spend.

  15. What is the Silver Trade Tier?

    The Silver Trade Tier rewards our most active partners with even greater savings.

    • 25% Trade Savings: Trade members who spend $10,000+ net (after cancellations, credits, and returns) in the past 12 months will automatically receive 25% off full-priced products.
    • Automatic Upgrade: Rolling 12-month spend is reviewed monthly; eligible members are promoted to Silver status by the 3rd of each month.
    • Annual Review: Silver status is retained through the end of the calendar year, even if spend dips below the threshold.
    • No Codes Needed: Your 25% savings will be reflected automatically when you’re logged into your Trade account.
    • Same Exclusions Apply: Brand exclusions for base Trade pricing also apply to Silver.

  16. If I reach a new tier mid-year, how long do I keep it?

    If you qualify for a higher tier during the year, you’ll keep that status through the end of the calendar year, even if your spend later drops below the threshold. On January 1, all members are re-evaluated and could be moved down a tier if they no longer meet the spend requirement.

  17. When does my spend count toward my tier?

    Your tier progress is based on the date you place your order. Any cancellations or returns are deducted from your total spend and could impact tier status.

  18. How do refunds or cancellations affect my tier?

    Refunds and cancellations reduce your net spend. If the reduction causes your rolling 12-month spend to fall below the tier threshold, it could impact your eligibility during the next monthly or annual review.

  19. How do I check my tier?

    Your tier will be visible when you’re logged into your account on your My Account page and on product detail pages. Your sales representative can also confirm your tier.
