The Tolomeo Table Lamp with Base from Artemide represents the pinnacle of Italian design philosophy, where industrial precision meets sculptural beauty in perfect balance. The fully articulated aluminum arm system moves with fluid grace, while polished die-cast aluminum joints and tension control knobs provide fingertip adjustment. The 360-degree rotating shade delivers pinpoint lighting control, transforming this lamp into a precision instrument for reading, task work, or accent illumination. Stainless steel tension cables and springs ensure decades of reliable positioning, while the overall aesthetic celebrates the marriage of functional engineering and timeless Italian design sensibility.

Comments about Tolomeo Classic Table Lamp

The Tolomeo Classic Table Lamp is the best desk lamp I have ever owned. I have the blue/black version with the table base. I have been using this as my main desk lamp for over 5 years, and I love it more and more all the time. I would highly recommend this lamp or any Tolomeo to anyone!

Artemide

Artemide takes its name from Artemis, the Greek goddess of the moon—a reflection of the brand’s ethos in creating fixtures that deliver an elegant, ethereal glow. Founded in Milan in 1960 by Ernesto Gismondi and Sergio Mazza, Artemide has been a driving force in Italian modern design.
