Got the 8 foot variant in black. Looks great, fairlight lightweight. Pros: - Nice light - Looks sleek - Well made, other than the issues mentioned below. Cons: - Comes with a MASSIVE HUMONGOUS case for the 24V LED driver. Absolutely massive and a pain to hang in the wall. - Underpowered LED driver. Spec sheet says 47W light. That's probably light plus loss in the driver. However, the driver only has a 40W rating. Not good, as it'll run at max power rating all the time. Replaced with an aftermarket UL-listed 100W driver that actually fits in the electrical box in the wall. - The mounting brackets are insanely weak and terribly small. Very sleek, but a few mm extra room inside would allow for a variety of wall anchors to be used. One side snapped off as we carefully screwed the anchor in by hand, no power tool. We had to customize the cover. - Came with the tiniest anchors and screws. Terrible. And as mentioned above, the arms can't really deal with any half-decent sized anchors without modification. Also does not come with any cover plates for electrical boxes. - Underdimensioned wall brackets, at least for the 8 foot version. Why? Well, it is impossible to get it to hang at 90 degrees of the wall. It angles down slightly. Overall a fairly disappointing experience. Even though we had good end of year discounts, I still feel ripped off, given the price and quality of the provided components.
