Made in Italy
The SuperWire LED Table Lamp from FLOS presents a modular fixture with appealing, intricate details. Designed by Formafantasma as part of a larger system of fixtures, it’s made in Italy from planar glass and polished aluminum accents, and features a layered hexagonal form, with a slim base and single SuperWire module below a glass cover that echoes the form of a more traditional shade. UV glue seals each glass pane to the others, keeping it light, while the translucent glass removes glare from inner strands of lighting, its unique structure creating a sparkling, even ambiance.

FLOS

Visionary designers Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, along with Tobia Scarpa, founded FLOS in 1962 in Merano, Italy aiming to revolutionize the way people experience light. Headquartered today in Bovezzo, Italy, FLOS embodies the spirit of modern Italian design, combining groundbreaking experimentation with artistic innovation—famously exemplified by their iconic cocoon lighting fixtures made by spraying resin onto steel frames.
