The Kartell Stone Stool designed by Marcel Wanders has a gem-like symmetrical linear shape, reminiscent of an hourglass. Its surface is simply extaordinary: an irregular myriad comprised of geometrical facets which reflect the light and create a striking unique play of colors, much like a diamond. The Stone Stool is made of window-clear polycarbonate, is strong and rigid, scratch and weather resistant, and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Because of its jewel-like nature, Stone is offered in the colors of the precious stones.

I have a few of these fun stools - they're super durable in molded plastic, and can work indoors or out. They're especially fun if the light hits them just right - you get a diamond effect on the wall or floor! I highly suggest getting one of these to liven up a space. They're portable and chic as can be.

I purchased this stool to use as a night stand. No installation is needed. The crystal stool is great looking and very useful. Comparing to the price, I would say it is a good investment. I owned several kartell pieces and this one is a great add on.

Romancing The Stone

I've used this particular stool in interiors for clients and finally decided that it was time to get one for myself. Perfect dose of color and sculpture for my living room with plenty of light play. It's a side table. It's a stool. It's a gem.
