- Vacuum regularly to preserve original sheen. Stains may be spot cleaned or taken to a professional rug cleaner. Not machine washable. The use of an Anti-Slip Rug Pad or underlay is highly recommended. Rotate the rug regularly to avoid areas of uneven wear. Use rug protectors under legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles. Do not pull loose ends; clip with scissors. Color fading can occur if exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period of time.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
