Excellent for widening pinpointed light.
Spread Lens: Good for widening the scope of light projected from bright concentrated lights. Removes circular pattern displayed on walls. Brightens larger rooms by removing darkened corners without the spread lens. Better for displaying larger pictures. Easily mounts in place where normal clear lens is located.
Very useful for lighting effects
These lenses are very useful for bringing down light levels for sensitive objects and alleviating hard light edges for subdued lighting

No more hot spots!
Works beautifully to diffuse and spread light
Very pleased with the effect this creates. Keep in mind that in addition to spreading the beam it will also diffuse it. The result is a less bright but more even and wider lit area. Very good for eliminating "hot spots."
Works very well, a little pricey
works great and spreads light well, much much better than standard glass lens.
