Fabulous chandelier, but not perfect
We love our new Spillray chandelier - it's clean line elegance is a wonderful addition to our dining room. With the following exceptions: First, the fixture comes with ten SHINY CD-like objects that screw into the top and effectively cover the canopy. These circular objects, in our opinion, have the affect of cheapening the look of the fixture and distracting one's attention from the beautiful glass elements....so we simply removed them, which we thinks work nicely. Second, the electrical cords that hang from the canopy have slight kinks in them from the packing, which we're told will straighten from the weight of the glass at some point. Finally, installation could have been MUCH easier if the electrical cord lengths came pre-measured based on the ceiling height. Unfortunately, this was not the case, so we needed several electricians (and about double the cost) to install and adjust the chandelier. Other than these caveats, which will be long forgotten in a few months time, we love our new Spillray!
