The 3-way switch was a bit difficult to install and the instructions don't mention that the dimmer must be on the load side of the circuit for proper function. But we love the look!

I paired this dimmer with the Loft LED by Modern Forms. This dimmer is a push on/off with memory, that will go to/back to your last setting. It's a step dimmer so it gradually goes on, gradually goes off with an audible click when engaged/disengaged. The internal display indicates your light level and clearly indicates whether you're raising or lowering your light level. These are first class dimmers with an excellent feel and form.

Works very well as an ELV dimmer for LEDs. Priced comparably to other ELV dimmers but looks better and can also be used for any other bulb type. Requires neutral wire connection. Sequential dimming accomplished by pressing +/- button. Smoother dimming (like Lutron slide-type) accomplished by holding +/- button. Turning off automatically dims to zero. Turning on powers automatically to last dimmed level. Multi-gang installation results in minor de-rating of dimming level, which is normal and indicated in instructions. Excellent switch plate options, of which some are expensive but the appearance is a unique and high quality upgrade.

Very solid, elegant dimmer. The center switch has a lights up dimly when power goes through the switch. Tabs on the wall plate needs to be taken off when used with the dimmer.
